Instructor Led Training Materials
A three-part instructor-led training package for the first three topics in the Nutrition for Everyday Life series: Balanced Plate, Meal Timing, and Meal Prep. This ILT sample demonstrates my ability to design cohesive facilitator materials, participant workbooks, and accessible slide decks for adult learners.
ILT Slide Deck
A clean, accessible slide deck designed to guide a 30–45 minute instructor-led nutrition session on Balanced Plate, Meal Timing, and Meal Prep. The deck uses a consistent visual style—high-contrast text, simple icons, realistic food imagery, and branded color standards—to support clarity and engagement. Each slide aligns with the facilitator script and participant workbook, offering a cohesive learner experience with examples, discussion prompts, and guided activities.
ILT Facilitator Guide
A detailed facilitator guide that provides scripted narration, timing cues, discussion prompts, accessibility practices, and slide-by-slide instructions for delivering a 30–45 minute interactive nutrition workshop. This guide demonstrates my ability to design structured, easy-to-deliver ILT sessions with clear objectives, consistent visual standards, and engaging learner activities.
ILT Participant Guide
A structured participant workbook designed to accompany the instructor-led training and guide learners through each activity. It includes reflection prompts, meal-timing planners, and a weekly prep worksheet that reinforce the three core habits taught in the session. The workbook aligns slide-for-slide with the facilitator guide to support active engagement, application, and accessible learning.
