Meet Leslie

Hi, I’m Leslie Wolfe — an educator-turned-instructional designer, mom of three, wife, and devoted dog mom to our three pups. I live in St. Louis with my family, who keep life full, loud, and fun.

I spent over 10 years teaching across multiple roles, including general education, library science, PE, and ESL. That experience shaped the way I design learning today: clear, supportive, practical, and focused on what real people need.

My transition into instructional design grew out of my love for creating meaningful learning experiences. Through IDOL Academy, client work, and hands-on practice, I’ve built skills in:

• E-learning development (Storyline, Lectora, Vyond)

• Instructor-led training and facilitation materials

• Scenario-based learning and clear content writing

• Visual design and accessibility principles

No matter the project, my goal is simple: make learning easier, more engaging, and more human.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me cheering on my kids, planning our next family trip, or relaxing at home with my dogs curled up at my feet.
